What You’ll Do
- Lead the planning, budgeting, and development of design projects

Meet clients to discuss ideas, materials, and scope of work

Design and create renderings for remodels and insurance restoration projects

Coordinate with vendors (cabinets, countertops, fixtures) and manage product selections

Visit job sites to measure, verify details, and ensure designs match project needs

Review estimates, renderings, and deliveries for accuracy and completeness
What We’re Looking For
-
3+ years of experience in construction, remodeling, or design
- Proficiency with Chief Architect (or similar 3D design software)
- Strong understanding of plumbing, electrical, and materials selection
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Detail-oriented with strong time management and multitasking abilities

Xactimate knowledge or certification is a plus
- Clean background and valid driver’s license

- Have experience working in insurance restoration or residential remodeling
- Enjoy both the creative and technical sides of design
- Are self-motivated and thrive in an environment where every day is different
Please Note: This is not a remote position. The role requires you to be in-office at the start and end of each day, with site visits throughout.
